Melissa Prandi

Melissa Prandi, MPM®, RMP® President & CEO of PRANDI Property Management, Inc., CRMC® has been expertly pairing quality tenants with quality homes in Marin County for over 40 successful years. Melissa’s enthusiasm and experience in the industry have not only led to a fulfilling and illustrious career, but have helped transform her into the respected community leader, sought-after teacher, and nationwide motivational speaker that she is.

She is the past President the Mission San Rafael Rotary Club and continues to be an active member. Melissa truly enjoys matching her own humanitarian views with the Rotarian motto of “Service Above Self.”

Melissa also contributes countless hours to Women’s Leadership Philanthropic Council at Dominican University as their current President. Another favorite organization of hers is Days for Girls International.

Most recently after traveling to Uganda Africa for Service where she led a team to deliver education and Hygiene kits to over 1600 girls. From that trip and life changing experience………Melissa founded her new foundation – Melissa Prandi Children Foundation.

Melissa enjoys a flexible but busy schedule, traveling between speaking engagements, educational seminars and events. She has mastered the art of managing a team remotely, by motivating her staff through hard work, empowerment and professional training—always believing in the E-myth system of working on the business through hiring the “right people on the bus” and the Good to Great philosophy. She has yet to meet “a stranger” and looks forward to continuing her efforts to make a difference in our local and global communities.
